Do you Video link?
Face-to-face sessions are always best, so I will encourage that whenever possible. But if you live too far away, then anywhere in the world, and anything from guest speaking, group or one-on-one coaching sessions (and anything else you may come up with!), is possible via video link. Preferably using the fully encrypted, 'non-hackable' and safe, free video-link service, 'Signal', just ask!
Are you offering Spiritual Direction?
Do you charge for speaking at events, retreats, conferences etc.?
No, I am trusting in God's providence. However, as event speaking is the main part of my apostolate and I do not receive other payment for doing so, a donation for the apostolate to exist and grow is always greatly appreciated!

What are your Faith Life Coaching fees?
As this is a lay-apostolate, not a business, I would not want anyone to miss out on becoming a next level Catholic due to financial pressures! So please feel free to contact me and we can chat about what you can afford to donate to the apostolate for you individual sessions with me.
I am offering Spiritual Formation (e.g., increasing in faith, trust and surrender to Jesus and a better interior life = more joy, confidence and peace!), but not Spiritual Direction. I believe those ideally equipped to offer Spiritual Direction are Priests who are well formed in their understanding of all of the teachings and traditions of the Catholic faith. What I offer you is the motivation and assistance to become happier and more fulfilled in your daily life through deeper intimacy with Our Lord.
Although faith/life coaching sounds like it may be similar to mental health care therapy, it is quite different. I am here to encourage you and walk together with you to grow deeper in your faith, intimacy with God, and prayer life, and to motivate you to go after your life goals, trusting in God's will. It can include prayer, but it doesn't include 'therapy' as such. If whilst working with you I believe that you may need mental health therapy, I can refer you to a Catholic provider.
